PBIS

PBIS is the Positive Behavior Intervention and Support program used at Abbott Middle School. THis program is a proactive approach to help students exhibit positive behaviors in school. Our main three expectations at our school are for all students to be PREPARED, BE POSITIVE AND BE PRODUCTIVE. We use lessons to teach these three P's to our students throughout the school year.

When students exhibit positive behaviors they can earn Purple Pride Tickets. These tickets can then be used to purchase items at our Purple Pride store during their lunch periods twice every month. We also have booster activities in which we celebrate the accomplishments of our students and encourage their continued success!

ABBOTT MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS ARE PREPARED, POSITIVE AND PRODUCTIVE! WE ENCOURAGE FAMILIES TO ALSO FOCUS ON THESE THREE IMPORTANT VALUES AT HOME. TOGETHER WE CAN ACCOMPLISH GREAT THINGS!
