Mr. Grant Flink, Director of Alternative Programs and Services Mr. Flink is the AOEC/Stephens Center Director, heading the alternative programs and services. After teaching and coaching at a Chicago north-side "second chance" catholic school for 11 years, Mr. Flink began his tenure at Waukegan Public Schools in 1996. Since then he has worked at both high school locations as a Social Studies teacher, basketball and cross country coach and a Dean of Discipline. Mr. Flink transferred to the AOEC/Stephens Center during the 2006 school year to fill the position of Coordinator of Specialized Programs and Services, which included being the onsite administrator of the newly established Twilight School.
