S.T.A.R.S.  -  Successfully Targeting And Reaching Students

S.T.A.R.S. is an extended day program that provides elementary and middle school students with an opportunity to increase their academic achievement, while building social skills at the same time.  It is a 10 month program that has a series of 6 week sessions.  The office is located on the 2nd floor however the program takes place in the Wixom Auditorium of the AOEC building.

Participants meet immediately after school and are provided a nutritious snack and mandatory academic assistance.  In addition, enrichment activities are offered in the following areas: Performing Arts, Dance, Martial Arts, Fine Arts and recreational activities.
