This is a voice mail message from the administration at Jack Benny Middle School with some very important announcements.

Tomorrow, November 6 there will be early dismissal at 10:45 am (There will be no after school tutoring or after school programs; ON November 7^th there will be Parent Teacher Conferences by appointment only. And November 8^th the 8^th Grade PTO will have a meeting to discuss the following:

• 8^th grade academic achievement goals
• All 8^th Grade Student’s interested in the Washington DC Trip in the Spring 2013 and sign up
• 8^th PTO Representation @ Thanksgiving Feast November 16, 2012

Our website is constantly being updated.  This month we have added a new feature that provides students, parents, teachers, and community members the opportunity to share information.  On the left side of the screen you will see a list of webpages that may be accessed by clicking on them.  If you would like to share an article or website that is focused on curriculum, instruction or education in general, please forward the information to me and I will pass it along to Benny's webmaster.

We are looking for parents who are willing to donate wood and build wooden benches that would be placed throughout the school property for students and teachers to enjoy.  If you would like to donate or help build the benches, please contact Ms. Cruz.  Thanks!

P.S. As the weather gets warmer, we are also looking for donations of perennials.
