2011 -- 2012 School Year Cooke (dress code approved) Spirit Wear -- To order Cooke Spirit Wear, please print out images and order forms by clicking on this link. Orders for the 2011 - 2012 school year are to be turned in by September 16th. Checks can be made out to Cooke PTO. Please call Ms. Sharon Hoyle-Yap at 847.599.9240 with any questions. Cooke Collects Labels -- Cooke collects labels. All kinds of labels! Box Tops, Coke caps, Campbell's Labels, and more. These labels earned Cooke's PTO over $1,000. These funds go to school programs. Support Cooke, one brick at a time. Have you seen the brick sidewalk as you enter Cooke? Have you wondered how YOU can get your own brick? Don’t be left out! Here’s a chance to be part of the Cooke family forever! Print out this form, fill it out, (aqui para Espanol) and we will remember you like you will remember us...Forever. Bricks range from $50.00 for a 4x8 brick and $100.00 for an 8x8 brick. We hope to have bricks installed by Sampler on May 19!
Cooke holds numerous fundraisers throughout the year. Many include FOOD!! Please look at the following and we hope to see you there! March 5th (Monday) Order Affy-Taffles by printing this form and sending in your money. There are three kinds to choose from, Plain, Peanut, and Party. Orders are due by March 5th and apples will be sent home March 13th. March 8th (Thursday)
Cooke Cougar Closet -- ON GOING -- We are looking to start a new program at Cooke and need your help. If you have any gently used school uniforms or Cooke Spirit Wear that need new homes, please bring them into school so we can pass them on to anyone who is in need. You can drop them off anytime in the office. Thank You. El Closet del Puma de la Cooke -- Estamos por dar inicio a un Nuevo programa en la Cooke y necesitamos su colaboració. Si entre sus pertenencias tienen uniformes de la Cooke que ya no necesiten y están en buena condición, o ropa en general con el logo (el puma) de nuestra escuela, favor de traernos todo lo que puedan a la escuela para así regalar, o repartir, a alguien en necesidad. Pueden pasar a la ecuela a la hora que gusten y dejar la ropa en la oficina. Gracias.
