Cooke Cougar Closet
We are looking to start a new program at Cooke and need your help. If you have any gently used school uniforms or Cooke Spirit Wear that need a new home, please bring them into school so we can pass them on to anyone who is in need. You can drop them off anytime in the office.
El Closet del Puma de la Cooke
Estamos por dar inicio a un Nuevo programa en la Cooke y necesitamos su colaboració. Si entre sus pertenencias tienen uniformes de la Cooke que ya no necesiten y están en buena condición, o ropa en general con el logo (el puma) de nuestra escuela, favor de traernos todo lo que puedan a la escuela para así regalar, o repartir, a alguien en necesidad. Pueden pasar a la ecuela a la hora que gusten y dejar la ropa en la oficina.
Joining the Cooke PTO for a mere $10 per family will automatically enter you in a drawing for a chance to win one of the following: Nail gun, $25 Restaurant Gift Certificates, Panera Bread of the Month Certificate or Movie Package (2 admissions, drinks and popcorn). Membership forms are due by Friday October 5th. The drawing will be held at our monthly PTO meeting on Tuesday, October 9th @ 6:00pm.

In addition to these annual expenses, we set a very lofty goal this year: to replace the sound system in the multi-purpose room!!
Guess what? If we have 100% participation from our Cooke families and our staff we would be ¾ of the way to purchasing our new sound system!

We encourage ALL PARENTS to be part of the PTO. It is a great way to meet other parents and have a lot of fun. Our PTO members names will be posted in the school and your children would love to point out your name. Members also get a PTO directory. Better than all of those benefits is the fact that your child knows that you are involved, and that you add to the continued success of Andrew Cooke Magnet School. We are urging each and every one of you to join!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PTO meets 1st Tuesday of every Month in the Library from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
