Who should I contact if I / my child is having difficulty or if I have a concern? The best person to call is the person closest to the problem, usually the teacher or the coach. If the problem persists, moving to the next level would involve the House Principal or the Athletic Director. Campus Principals at each campus, followed by Dr. Mary L. Lamping, the principal, would then be contacted. For situations still unresolved, a call to Dr. Batiste at the District Office is the next step, and, finally, the School Board. Where can I get a copy of my transcripts? Transcript Request Instructions 1. Print a transcript request form, using the links below. 2. Fill out the form, and be sure to include your signature and the date. Please note that transcripts can only be requested by the person whose transcript is needed. Because of the Privacy Act, we can not release transcripts to anyone else without permission from the former student. 3. Include the processing fee of $3.00, made payable to Waukegan Public Schools. We can not accept credit or debit cards. 4. Mail the filled-out request form and processing fee to: Student Support Services Please note that transcript requests take five to eight business days to process in-office, and the U.S. Mail adds an additional two to three business days each way. Please request early enough to accommodate any deadlines you may have.
